How do you contact Guide to Growing Hair?

There is no contact form on this website yet, and no public email or postal address for the company that runs it. Those details will be added here when they are confirmed. They will not be a reviewed brand’s address.

Who handles orders and returns?

Orders and returns go to the company that sold the device, not to this guide. For the Hat Pro, that is RedLight Innovation.

Until then, don’t send personal or medical information to a shop inbox and expect this guide to receive it.

A correction is useful when it is specific. “The HigherDOSE price is different” helps if you include the URL, the figure, and the date. We would rather fix a stale price than defend it.

Once an inbox exists, privacy requests can use the same address. What this site collects is on the privacy page.

We can’t diagnose hair loss, read a photograph, or tell you that you are a candidate for a hat. If you are worried, the NHS says to see a GP before a commercial clinic. We also can’t tell you to combine a device with minoxidil, finasteride or any other medicine. That belongs with a prescriber or a pharmacist.

To the brand that sold the device. A Hat Pro order belongs with RedLight Innovation. This site does not take orders.
